So you’ve decided you need a new boiler – what to do next??

2. We will arrive at your property at a time convenient to your schedule. We will gather all the information we need and come up with the best boiler and system design to suit your needs. 3. A day or two after the quote we will always call or email to answer any questions you may have regarding your quotation.
4. If you accept the quote (which we hope you do!) we will then arrange a day and time suited to you for the install to commence.
5. On the day of the install we will turn up with all materials and equipment required to complete the job. All you have to do is sit back and relax and we will take care of the rest!

What about after the job?

6. Once the job is completed we register your boiler warranty and register the boiler with building control. We will always call a day or two after to answer any questions you may have with your new system. All boiler installs come with a 2 year workmanship warranty so any issues in that time period we will be straight over at no extra cost. You will be added to our database of customers and we will see you next year for your annual boiler service.
